The approach

Theory only goes so far.

Dot Arc Labs training is designed to be immediately applicable — every session prioritises tools participants can use the moment they walk out the door.

Led by psychologist Sam Weily, each program is built around the actual needs of the people doing the work — co-designed where possible, always honest about complexity.

01
Skills-first design

Participants leave with tools, not just awareness.

02
Strengths-based lens

We build from what's already working — for people, teams, and organisations.

03
Contextually grounded

Adapted to the specific sector, population, and team — not redelivered off the shelf.

04
Trauma-informed throughout

A trauma-informed lens runs through everything — escalation, culture, communication.
